At PatBO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our handcrafted designs. We offer returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners are intact to qualify for a refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
